Return & Exchange Policy

If you aren’t in love with your recent purchase, you can send it back. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from delivery of your order. All items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and must have all original tags attached. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-returnable. Once we receive your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. Sorry, but original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping

Shipping Fees:

Flat Rate Standard Shipping on all orders is $5.95.

Shipping is always free on orders of $150 or more.

Shipping Info.:

Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 3-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.     

Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@flockboston.com to your safe sender list.
